“The eyes are shedding tears and the heart is grieved, and we will not say except what pleases our Lord.” We easily get hurt and cry when we are in fights with our family, when we fail at work, when our relationships do not work and even when we fall sick but have, we ever wondered what made our beloved Prophet cry or shed tears? Our Holy Prophet was a humane, compassionate, and humble personality, he smiled, he expressed joy at times of happiness and shed tears at moments of sadness and grief, both with dignity. However, His tears were not shed out of weakness or love for this world. It was the deep love of Allah, his compassion for his companions and the people of his Ummah that he contained within his heart and which caused him to weep and tears flowed upon his blessed face. Azaan Institute presents “Tears of the Prophet” by Ustadh Kashif Naseem Dilkusha a course which is a collection of incidents whereupon Allah’s Apostle, the most beloved human of this Ummahw ept for the sake of Allah.
