How do I enroll in a course?

Enrollment is fully online and takes just a few minutes:

3. Go to Cart and click Proceed to Checkout
4. Fill in your billing details (or check out as guest)
5. Choose Direct Bank Transfer as the payment method

Who can enroll?

Anyone aged 14+ with a sincere intention to learn. No prior Islamic studies background is required for beginner-level courses.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes — creating an account during checkout lets you access course content, track progress, and download your certificate from the dashboard.

How are classes conducted?

All classes are conducted live online via Zoom. Students can interact with instructors in real-time, ask questions, and participate in discussions.

What if I miss a live class?

Every session is recorded and uploaded to your student dashboard within 24 hours. You can rewatch any class as many times as you like throughout your enrollment.

What do I need to attend classes?

• A laptop, tablet, or smartphone with internet
• Zoom app (free) installed
• A quiet space with headphones recommended
• Notebook & pen for taking notes

Are course materials provided?

Yes — PDF handouts, recommended readings, weekly assignments and Q&A documents are shared through your dashboard at azaan.com.pk/dashboard.

Do I get lifetime access to recordings?

You retain access to all recordings and materials for the duration of your enrollment plus 3 months after course completion.

Do you offer installments or scholarships?

Limited need-based scholarships are available for deserving students. Email [email protected] with your situation to apply. Installment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before enrolling.

Is the fee refundable?

A full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment if you have attended fewer than 2 live classes. After that, refunds are not provided.

When do classes start?

What days and times are classes held?

• Days: 3–4 sessions per week (typically evenings)
• Time: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM (PKT) — confirmed before each batch starts
• Duration: 90 minutes per session

Exact schedule is shared with enrolled students one week before the batch begins.

How long is the full course?

The Al-Miftah Certificate is a 5-month / 20-week program totaling approximately 60–70 live class hours plus weekly self-study.

Are there holidays?

Classes break for Ramadan (replaced with optional Quran sessions), Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and 14th August. A full academic calendar is shared with each batch.

Can I attend in a different time zone?

Yes — students from UAE, UK, US, Canada, and Australia regularly attend. Recordings are available within 24 hours if the live time does not suit you.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes — students who successfully complete the Al-Miftah course (with at least 75% attendance and passing the final assessment) receive an official Azaan Institute Certificate of Completion. The certificate is digital and can be downloaded from your student dashboard.

What is the attendance requirement?

Minimum 75% attendance across all live sessions. Watching recordings counts toward attendance if you submit a brief reflection per session you missed.
