A Practical Program On The Islamic Duty of Leadership

Leadership is a trust bestowed upon every person by Allah Almighty. We may be leading family, colleagues, neighbors, friends or even simply ourselves. Fulfilling this important duty is both a matter of know-how and character.

The world has woken up to the importance of this critical role. There is a demand for better leadership in politics, business, social networks and families. The Islamic faith declares leadership a sacred position. The Prophets and Messengers (AS) were sent to lead their communities and left a rich legacy for us to learn from. Leadership lessons from their seerah and that of their companions can help us solve the problems of humanity and guide them to eternal betterment.

Azaan Institute presents Mantle of the Shepherd, a leadership Powertalk built on the seerah of the prophets, messengers, and their followers. It prepares Muslims for Community and Family leadership; the two important roles ignored in our times.”
