A study of the key elements

of the core aqeedah of a muslim

(Starting from 4th August 2021)

Taught By

Ustadh Kashif Naseem Dilkusha

“He is Allah, (who is) One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor was He begotten. Nor is there to Him any equivalent.” (Qur’an, 112:1-4)

This belief in the Oneness of Allah i.e., Tawhid is the foundation of Islam and what differentiates us Muslims from all other religions.

Only a firm belief in the power and unity of Allah does not fulfill the requirements of Tawhid, an essential part of Tawhid is “worship” – all actions of the heart, tongue and limbs should only be directed towards Allah.

Thee alone do we worship; and unto thee alone do we turn for aid” (Quran 1:5)

For eons we have observed Muslims from all social classes believing in lucky charms, visiting shrines asking for help and making vows in the name of other people, and distributing food in the name of “tabarruk” while still claiming to believe in Allah ONLY, this is not just treacherous for our “emaan” but can lead to “shirk” – an unforgivable act!

Are we among those who say we believe and worship only Allah but are also finding solace and help from intercessors? Are we losing grip on our faith due to which Tawhid is losing its actual essence?

Azaan institute responds to the need of the hour by introducing a new online course Essence of Tawhid by (instructor’s name) which will revive our emaan levels by rejuvenating the very core of our faith and pull us out from the darkness instilled in us by our ancestors.
